We do our utmost to ensure that all details relating to prices, pictures and all other information on our web site is correct.

We can accept no liability if sometimes a holiday is sold out by the time we receive your enquiry or booking instructions. Only when the holiday booking has been confirmed to you by whatever method shall the contract be binding.

We act as a retail agent for ATOL Holders. All bookings which contain flights include ATOL protection. All holidays are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the tour operators booking conditions. These booking conditions can be found in the individual tour operators literature.

All flights are subject to change of schedules. Charter flights may be changed by up to twelve hours, and occasionally more.

Payment by Credit Card may be subject to an additional charge of a percentage of the total amount payable.

Bookings are confirmed at the cost as per that date. Should prices change on the same holiday details after booking, these prices would have no bearing on the holiday booked.

Accomodation and Resort information given on the in2sun.com site is the responsibility of the suppliers feeding us the details. This information is reviewed by the suppliers used within in2sun.com dynamic packaging bookings.

Changes to bookings will be subject to administration fees advised at the time of changes being made

Bookings cancelled 56 days - 21 days, 50% cancellation fees

Bookings cancelled within 21 days, 100% cancellation fees

Flight and Accommodation Bookings

Bookings cancelled outwith 56 days, Flights 100% CANCELLATION FEES, ACCOMMODATION 30% cancellation fees

Bookings cancelled 56 days - 21 days, Flights 100% CANCELLATION FEES, ACCOMMODATION 50% cancellation fees

Bookings cancelled within 21 days, 100% cancellation fees
